Im working and working and all of a sudden the error appears and then protools quits. Although I moved it with MC off, I opened MC with it removed before changing the target. Restarting Avid sometimes helps, but restarting the system always does. I am not removing media drives. With Pro Tools 8LE you had to use Digi Core Audio for Macintosh and as I remember it had to be downloaded separately and installed. I also work with external drives and they work perfectly well.

I know one constant error is the file permissions, but seems to be different.

I have opened and messed with other sessions, havnt had an issue. It was fixed (for me at least) with v7.4 sorry if that is of no big help. When I work from internal discs only I have no such errors.
