The last patch solved the issue for the Wordpress problem, so we may close this case. Now server creating the Signal Bus error and Apache gets crash. Really all it means is someone is running buggy software on your server machine.

There should be enough information to identify the URL, remote IP and User-Agent. But ramdisk shouldn't give you any performance boosts as such over mmaping /dev/zero - but problems such as this because of the kernel hitting local ramdisk size will occur, while mmap(/dev/zero) You're now being signed in.
